San Francisco Free Clinic, you must be without health insurance of any kind.  Patients are seen by appointment only.  To make an appointment, please call (415)-750-9894 between the hours of 1:00 and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
preventive health care, cancer and heart disease screening
childhood and adult vaccinations
family planning and contraceptive counseling
diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted disease
well child care, monitoring of childhood growth and development
treatment of non-emergency acute and chronic medical problems
on-site social work services
