We are located in the Richmond District of  San Francisco, at the corner of California Street and 11th Ave. To find us on Google Maps, please click on the logo below:

What do we do?

We provide primary care services to individuals without health insurance. These services include:

  • Preventive health care, cancer and heart disease screening

  • Diabetes care

  • Vaccinations

  • Treatment of non-emergency acute and chronic medical problems

  • Yoga for health and mental well-being

  • Many others. Please call (415) 750-9894 for more information.

Free diabetes screening daily, 10:00am - 12:00pm. Please arrive fasting.

Clinic Hours

Mon-Fri 10:00am to 4:30pm, by appointment.
Call 415-750-9894 between 1:00pm and 4:30pm daily to schedule an appointment.

Are you uninsured?

We are here to provide help to the medically uninsured. Nevertheless, it is our belief that everyone should have medical insurance if they qualify and can reasonably afford to pay the fees. If you would like to find out more about insurance options here in California, please click here.
